Energy for Change (EVV) helps businesses in the Dutch North Sea Canal region develop the skills needed for the energy transition. This takes place through six-week sprints in which participants work on real-world issues alongside a coach and a group of professionals tackling the same topics. These are not training courses based solely on theory, but learning by working on something that really matters.

Participation is free thanks to a grant from the LLO Katalysator.

Energy for Change (EVV) is a partnership comprising, amongst others, SEVEN – University of Amsterdam, NOVA College, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Techport, ORAM, the City of Amsterdam, the Province of North Holland, RDM Next, Smart Makers Network and Learning Heroes.

With support from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, EVV is working to further develop professionals' skills in the industry and make maintenance smarter and more sustainable.
